iTAGG Supports All Of it's Clients
Welcome to the iTAGG support area...
This support area is designed to aid all clients and in particular programmers and technical developers. As well as technical documentation we have provided a page full of links to the main industry regulations - useful and we would say mandatory reading for all clients! We have also provided a list of the hundreds of mobile operators around the world that iTAGG can send and/or receive SMS to/from.

All the technical documentation and sample code you need...
We have provided support documents to cover all areas of the API programming interface, allowing you to send and receive both SMS and MMS, to receive delivery receipts and much more. If you are a Wholesale client then you can also use our API's to check for available keywords, register them, setup the email and URL forwarding of keywords and much more. In summary, iTAGG provides everything you need to build your own SMS, MMS and keyword management systems, leaving iTAGG to worry about actual message delivery and managing the upstream connections to the worlds mobile operators.

Some of the support sections contain links to Word or PDF documents which describe in detail the comprehensive interfaces. There are also links to many scripts giving sample code to get you going in most areas. Some of this sample code is tested and some just contains small non-functional snippets of code. In all cases we cannot guarantee the working of the code; but do let us know if you find any errors and we will endeavour to correct them. If you have written some useful code to interface with iTAGG then why not send it in for display in this support area to help some of our other clients.
iTAGG is happy to offer technical support. However we do ask that you have appropriate knowledge and training in areas of web development and programming. As part of our free support offering we will happily support you but cannot write your software for you or train you in the art of programming. If you would like to consider employing iTAGGs highly experienced developers at competitive rates then please contact us today.

We do have some additional scripts on our shelves that have not yet been listed here. If you are looking for a ready made service or just a snippet of code to do something with SMS or MMS then please ask. We cannot promise but there is a chance our team has already written it.
